Who can make a nomination?
Any resident of the DMV area 18 years of age or older may nominate their peers.

What are the eligibility requirements?
Nominees are required to be residents of the DMV from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.

When is the deadline for nominations/submissions?
The deadline for nominations/submissions is November 15, 2018.

How can I apply for an award/honor?
All award submissions must be done online via our website.

How are nominations entered?
Nominations are entered via our website only. Nominators must complete the online form to be considered for an award.

How many times can a person be nominated for an award?
A person can be nominated multiple times. 

Can I nominate myself?
Yes, of course. If you believe that you should be considered for an award you may nominate yourself.

When are the nominees announced?
Nominees will be announced late November.

Is the information I submit going to be confidential?
Yes, all information will be kept confidential.

Are there application fees?
No, there are no fees for applications or nominations for an award/honor.

When does the voting begin?
Voting begins January 1, 2019.

When does voting end?
Voting ends February 1, 2019.

What is the voting process?
Nominees will be voted on by their peers.

Who can vote?
Any resident of the DMV can cast a vote for their peers.

There are 20 categories.

All vendors will receive one table and two chairs. Vendors must provide their own tablecloths. Venue walls may not be used to advertise your business via signs, banners, or displays. Each vendor is responsible for leaving a clean area at the closing of each event. Vendors are not permitted to share tables. Each business must purchase their own table. Vendors must be set up during the hour(s) that are allotted for set-ups. Vendors that arrive late will forfeit their table and registration fee. Vendors are responsible for any loss, damage, theft, and/or injury of personal and/or business property. Vendor agrees not to hold The Shaun Jai Project, its staff, or the venue and its staff liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that may occur during set-up, the actual event, or during the breakdown times. Vendor will be held responsible for any damages that they may cause to the venue, both indoors and outdoors.
